You will interview your designer as well as she will interview you. The importance of this phase is for both to meet each other and for the designer to get to know all the necessities of the client and the vision of the project. 

MEET YOUR DESIGNER

CONCEPT PROPOSAL

Capturing the project's look and feel through exploration.

  • Initial explorations of imagery

  • Site analysis, research of historic data & connotations'

  • Analysis of target users

  • Site visit if posible

  • Initial configuration of finishes and color palette

  • Proposing a mood board presentation of look and feel and the design vision of the project.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Profound Understanding of concept Projection 

  • Research of projects with similar programs

  • Volumetric analysis

  • Zonification of areas with analysis of: private vs public areas, high vs low traffic, primary vs secondary circulation

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Crafting the character & bringing the project to life

  • Analysis of spatial relationships

  • Programming of millwork proposals

  • Production of initial renders for better understanding of project look and feel (if this renders are for sales purposes, client will need to hire a render company)

  • Elaboration of elevations and selections to narrate the path of the space.

DECORATION AND STYLING

  • Selection of finishes, furniture and equipment

  • Desinition of floor plans, finished plans and rcps

  • Presentation of material boards for texture and color palette understanding

  • Design of custom made products to add a uniqueness to the design

  • Production of initial renders for a better understanding of look and feel

Preparing the project for construction

  • Documenting the project in architectural drawings

  • Defining all floor, ceiling, furniture, finish plans

  • Revision of drawings with contractors and project managers and architects.

  • Submission of specification sets
